Micro-management culture with low self esteem

The company was stuck in a micro-management culture with low self-esteem and a lacking of courage to change. Their aim was to improve leadership at the mid-layer and to enable a sale of the company.

Realizing soon that the core issue at hand was rather a great mismatch between assumed reality and actual potential, I set in motion a restructuring of the company’s identity together with individual and team development training. Enhancing the consciousness about themselves, the company and the surroundings (industry), actualized remarkable results in new organization structures, decision makings, culture and ability to visualize. And with it, a new identity came to be: inspiring employees (staff increase 150%), customers (adding a much greater scope of customers as well as higher up value chain deals) and external funding (+1000% valuation over an 18-month period).
